Staying at the hotel was NICE, I would stay here again. The beds were comfy, room was well-appointed and new-fashioned. It had things I needed, including an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The location of Italianflat - Verona Suite was perfect, right next to Porta Borsari. The apartment was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The AC was strong, essential during the heatwave. The furnishing was fine and the bathroom was new and sparkling.

Great location in the heart of the old city, close to popular attractions and the Adige River. Strong and reliable air conditioning, which was especially important during a heatwave.- The internet connection worked without any issues.

Amazing placement, and we were lucky to be alone in the apartment during our stay, so we never crossed anyone in the common area/living room. the access to the apartment is well explained and easily executed, the room was very clean and moderately spacious. the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.
The whole apartment was grotty and completely run down. the towels and bedlinen stank and felt very unclean.
